Not good service

Still not good at Huurkor, they deduct that water deposit we don't know from electricity account. Every year we busy paying deposit for uncessary thing on top of that we paying rent and water buying electricity. Last month I ask them to come to renovate even now they told is still pending. Since 2016 I ask renovation they told me that they can't renovate my flat because is used to stay Nigeria people and they owe them and I don't know y they involve me in those people because I don't know them and every month I am paying.Every year They renovating other flat except my flat because of other people.
