Not bothered to give service

I had a booking with them to look at a rental place. After arriving there the agent told me that he had to leave, no reason just had to leave. I drove far to look at the place and he was not bothered to keep to our scheduled time. I phoned the manager/principal, Gerrie who was busy with a client and would phone me back. I am still waiting today for him to phone me back today. The agent phoned me later the day and asked if I can come now, as if I don't have a job and schedules to keep to. If this is how it will be just trying to rent through them I can just imagine how many headaches you will have if you actually used them as your rental agents.
