Noise level

There is no control of the noise either coming from some of the flats and cars in the parking area especially when your flat is located in the first floor, in Caran flats. One has to endure the noise up until that particular person decides to stop making noise. <br> <br> In most areas, common shared residential properties, residents' electricity main are switched off when that particular is is noisy even if they make noise with in the cars.
