NO service for HUURKOR. PAY BACK my money.

I sold my flat, and had to pay 3 months' levy in advance. The property was reregistered to the new buyer's name within the first month. I've been struggling since July 2018 to get the monies owed to me refunded. Have sent 4 emails - received a response to the first one only, which had a levy statement attached sort of confirming that the body corporate owns me the money. HUURKOR is the governing body.
