No service

I reported my bathroom door last May, when I moved in, because the bottom was s****ing the floor and needed attention. Huurkor refused. Now, the door is s****ing the floor and will soon make marks on the floor if not attended to. Huurkor was sent an email with pictures of the door and other things that need attention. To date, they have not given feedback. I also sent them a video of the kitchen ta, which keeps un*****ing. They are yet to attend to those things.
