No proper maintenance

The gate at Michris one of the many flats managed by huurkor malfunctions for days on end and i'm not sure why it does not get fixed. Our lives and property which they claim absolutely no responsibility for is being handed to *********. The appointed landlord does not even live on the premises but she manages from another apartment which is nowhere near where we live, so should there be a crisis we have no one to report incidence to as and when they happen. Its not right, people are being treated like they must be grateful for the very places they pay rent for.
