no power

I stay at ebenezer flat in arcadia.for the second time in less than a week we do not have electricity.there is no notice from the agency about what is going on or any sign of courtesy from the caretaker even.we just wake up and there is no power.how are we supposed to cook or even bath.it is such an inconvenience.i have had it with this agency
