No due diligence

<p>My property is managed by Huurkor and the whole thing is a shambles. They found a tenant who does not seem to work. How did the tenant pass all the checks? The tenant has been in the property for 4 months and has only paid for 2 month. It seems there was a relationship of some sort between the agent and the tenant. We are now in the process of evicting the tenant. Can we hold Huurkor accountable for letting out our property to a tenant who does not seem to work?</p>
