Neglected tenants

<p>We staying in Arcadia Paarl flat Pretoria own by Huurkor. The state of these flat is up to zero, the lift hasn't been working for about 3 months now. They come to fix it but hardly 30 minutes it's not working again. I sense we have been undermined here with our own more. Any idea what to do in this situation </p>
