Maintenance refusal then kicked out

Hey been renting this place in midrand, for two years the owner decided to change agency to this Huurkor company..all things fell apart. Now before the new company I would call in my maintenance will be fixed. Now I call this Luwanda she was all rude to me. When I needed the stove to be fixed,I was told that I had to do the maintenance of the apartment now..shocked I said no will fix it if I invoice the owner,and remove the money from the rent. That's when I get a notice to move out..and to top it off I get sent an invoice that my deposit to the place is not there. How would I have stayed so long 2years and only now that they want to kick me out they say it's missing and never received...really! I give up on this company the way of business and all is appalling!
