***********, Rude staff and non existent Directors

I went to view a property. I told the agent then and there that im taking the property. He gave me the application form and told me to mail it to him with all the requested documents. I did all of that and waited for a reply. After 4 days i phoned him and asked what is happening seeing as i havent heard from them. He said he was not at the office and that i should phone them. When i finally got through to the office i was told the place was just rented to someone els that morning. I asked to speak to the manager seeing as my application was first for that property. The manager Ronel said to me very rudely first come first serve, to which i reply that i was. She kept on speaking over me telling me the same line over and over again. When i raised my voice she dropped the call. That day i phoned Huurkor every 15 minutes to get hold of one of the directors who was in a meeting, then all of a sudden was at the other office for the etc. All and all 115minutes of calls to Huurkor and still havent spoken to a director or any one who was willing to help me. Im now homeless seeing as i planned everything around that property. But why would they care, they have houses to live in and you are just another number to them.
