*********** and rude Rental Administration

<p>In October I served my notice to Ronell for my 1 bedroom in Augasta and I told her I wanted to move within the complex but in a bachalor and she said I must start over and apply, complete a new application and all, I said Okay please forward me the application form so that I can apply which I did, I ask where do I send the application she said to her(I have all this conversation in my emails) I sent the application in October, I then received a call from Rodney to view the bachelor that I wanted then I was happy with that he then I should send oustanding documents which I did to Ronell so that she can forward them to Rodney as requested that was now 1st November and at the time there were about 4 vacant bachelor units.</p> <p> </p> <p>Time went by I did not expect to receive an sms saying I was accepted or anything mainly because Ive been renting in this complex am not a new client in their system, however I was expecting to receive details to pay my deposit, I decided to call te office and ask for rodney since he was the one who took me to those places but he was not around, I got stressed and called Rosie who helped me with my 1st application where am staying she then tried to help me with this new application all to find out that all those units were taken for December after my application.</p> <p>She then said I should come to the office and talk to the people who were helping me in October which is Ronell and Rodney non of them wanted to explain what happend to my application they both did not know they both accusing eachother.</p> <p>I then came up with a solutyion that I will then stay in my unit and the new client can go to the vacant unit which is the same as mine that way I wont have to leave after 6month, I can leave in January when there is a vacant bachelor again paying rent of course. Ive never seen an old rude white woman i my life like Ronell she was so rude she did not even want to listen she decided to speak to me in Afrikaans mind you am Xhosa I find that so ****** then she threatened me saying they will remove me in that unit by force she was so rude cant even repeat some of her comments as they were in Afrikaans. like where am I supposed to go just because people decided to seat there and not do their jobs thats not fair.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
