Huurkors incompetency

Huurkor has to be by far the worst agency I have ever had to deal with. What kind of a company goes against its own stipulated rules in its contract? I have been waiting for my refund for my deposit from them and the manager Gerrie Kruger as well as the person who apparently deals with the accounts Douw van der Westhuizen have been dodging calls as well as not replying emails or blocking emails. This is an ultimate low. When it’s us having to pay rent on time there’s no 2 ways about it, but when it’s Huurkor’s time to pay back their tenants back it’s apparently the hardest thing for them to do. Now we have to bother you get get our own money back. Ridiculous. Also what kind of an agency only has 1 person dealing with every single persons accounts? How do you expect to operate at full capacity with such dull ideas?
