Huurkor Water Billing Disaster

On the 15th Oct an email was send to Wilma Loots after Huurkor decided without the landlords permission to move the water metering services that bills the tenant from Constantia water metering ( excellent company) to themselves as they probably saw how much money they could make from it. That was from the end of August. The tenant has so far received no bill from Huurkor which means the tenant is using free water thanks to huurkor incompetence. While I pay the bill to Tshwane and cannot get the money back from the tenant till the tenant gets an accurate bill from Huurkor. No one is answering emails. Second one send on the 23rd October
