Huurkor unprofessional service

I find it highly unprofessional for a business in property management to not come back to potential clients. I have tried to make contact twice (1st time via Private Property and the 2nd time through a direct number given to me). The person in question (Rosie) said that I should send her a SMS and that she will come back to me. She is not responding to my messages. I have no further interest in working with Huurkor in the future. I don't have any problems with the other agencies that I have been contacting.
