Huurkor Sunnyside sucks

Last year dec (2018)i signed a contract with Huurkor for 6 months, it was a special as they said. However after a month of paying, started to get smses that I'm owing. I went to huurkor Sunnyside and spoke to a lady Mrs Du Plessis . She noticed that the increase from June this year, she called Avalon to fix it and Avalon said that everything is fine, they will refund me. When i thought everything is well , boom got a notice that i must vacate the premises by 30 april . And i will be liable to pay april rent even if i decide to vacate before 30 april 2019. Before the notice went to Huurkor to ask why they increased rent before 6 months passed, lady named Brenda said the owner said they should and there is nothing she can do . I'm not happy with this at all. On top of that I've been complaining about buckler and door that ain't closing properly, since I've been waiting for contractor to fix it. On Saturday they stole my plasma Tv. All they can say is I'm sorry.
