<p>I was a tenant at one of Huurkor's apartments and was due to get my deposit money WITHIN 21 working days. The service I received was terrible to say the least . Firstly I had to contact them to when they are going to send me the quotation of all the faults thay migh have found, I was "helped"( if that's even the term I should be using ) by a Henri du Plessis who was very rude and told me that he doesn't have to sent me a list of the faults (quotation), he's just going to pay out the deposit.</p> <p>I told him I'd rather have him send me the quotation , incase there's any disputes they should be sorted out before the money is paid out. Over 21 working days later and still haven't received the deposit or the quotation, when I called him again , he was not apologetic about his behaviour and still doesn't understand that he bridged the contract.</p>
