Huurkor Stole our Deposit

My mother now a pensioner rented a property in Centurion for 11 years and this property was administrated by Huurkor. During this period my mother never complained and was a model tenant. Huurkor received the rent and any other payments due on time with no problems but when it became time for Huurkor to pay the deposit the problems started. On inspection of the property, performed by an independent inspector a report was generated which was verbally confirmed to us by him that all was in good condition.<br> <br> I directly contacted Huurkor, initially dealing with Sonette du Plessis on attempting to get information on our deposit who referred me to Luwandra du Plessis (Luwandra du Plessis - Huurkor ). When continuing negotiation with Luwandra, it was then when I started experiencing huge problems. Her attitude was one of I don't care and this is not my problem which frustrated me even more. I ended up initiating contacting the Rental Housing Tribunal which she dismissed very quickly as useless.<br> <br> To those who are considering to use this company please remember that the company is only as good as there employees and in this case I would say Huurkor is Bad! really BAD!
