Huurkor refuses to pay back deposit and provide documentation

I rented a 2 bedroom duplex with Huurkor and vacated the property in November 2019, the day after I move I was requested to drop the keys at the security of the complex as they gave the new tenants permission to move in earlier. Now 49 days later excluding weekends I have still not received my deposit back nor the proper statements and documentation, and they want to charge for damages to the property which was already damaged when I moved in as well damages after I moved out, after numerous email correspondence and photos and inspection lists, they still charge me an absurd amount to fix 4 holes and clean a small mark on a wall. I feel I will have to go the Tribunal and lodge an official complaint. Be very careful when renting from HUURKOR Sunnyside (Montana Park), they will do whatever possible not to give you your own money back. No repairs were done to the apartment ever since I moved out.
