HUURKOR PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!

I made a short payment at Huurkor, no one wants to help me with an arrangement, they cut electricity, I just called housing tribunal and they say it's against the law to do that. I have just laid a complaint. These people are even rude on the phone. I spoke to their consultant Christelle and she failed to help me. She told me the landlord suspended the electricity. How am I supposed to survive without electricity. This is da worst service of my life.
