Huurkor lost mandate from landlord

I am dismal, Huurkor has lost the mandate from the landlord and I have been given notice of 1 month to find a new place through No fault of my own.<br> <br> I am going to the rental tribunal concerning this. They withhold monies from deposits for things that were broken when moving in despite it being listed. Where do we as the tenants stand. I have been going through property to rent and see that for what I pay I can afford a better place. Their costs received on a house is obviously tremendous and us as tenants are being **********.<br> <br> The deposits are supposed to be retained in an interest bearing account, I have been here a year and have rented from them previously and did not receive a cents rental interest.<br> <br> Do yourselves a favour and draw down the rental act. If having problems like I am, go to the rental housing tribunal. Its time we stand together and fight this rip of company called huurkor.
