Huurkor is ****

Gave a notice about a month back to Huurkor that we will be vacating their premises come 31st May 2020. Today the 19th May 2020 they've switched off electricity for whatever reason known to them and mind you the electricity is prepaid so its not as if we will have a bill before we move out. My experience with this agents is they're the bottom of the pits and the attitude from the employees is ****.

With the experience I have with Huurkor I've decided that I'm taking this **** company to the Estate Board as after reading all the reviews on this website they need to account for all their shenanigans. I've also noticed that they have a tendency of not refunding deposits or taking their time to do so. Any tenant's deposit should be deposited into an interest bearing account by the agent/landlord and such account disclosed to the tenant and all deposits including any interest earned from such an account to be paid to the tenant after deducting money for damages (If there are damages) and any accrued money to the landlord/agent.
