Huurkor does not care about its tenants

live at Golf Park managed by Huurkor, my clothes were ****** from the washing line. I wrote an email to a lady named Ronal regarding the issue and I also requested that they either close off the washing line and it must have access control or they must put CCTV, her response to me was that I must buy a chain and chain my clothes.. I am still confused with that..

Yesterday I went to their offices to talk to a guy Called Jaun apparently he is the manager in charge of Galf Park, he did not even allow me to finish my sentence regarding the issue, I just told me that I must forget it they will not close the washing line neither will they put up CCTV, we argued for minutes and he ended up insulting me and also telling me that I must just put a notice and leave the flat. This is what a client goes through at Huurkor, they careless out our problems and they have this rotten attitude particularly if you are black !
