Huurkor bad service

Upon moving into my place owned by Huurkor rental company at the time, I found a few faults in my flat. I reported these to the maintenance department on two occasions. No one bothered to respond to my query nor did they come and have a look at the faults. The service from huurkor is slow and frustrating...absolutely pathetic...the maintenance guy is completely blasè about whether or not your faults will be fixed.
