HUURKOR and PONELOPELE Property Management are equally *********** with MY Flats

I bought 3 flats/apartments in Pretoria, including Rosemead 28 on Chruch St. Pretoria from Andre Kelbrick in 1997-98. HUURKOR bought out Andre Kelbrick EIENDOMME in Tshwane, South Africa around 2004. I cam to USA for my wfe's cancer surgery in 2005, and stayed on for my two daughters' college, and Mrs. SOOKDEO's health issues (many). Since 2005, I have lost thousands of Rands and/or USD because of Rental & property mismanagement, and lack of disciplining of those who hurt my family & me. Even Estate Agents Advisory Board (EAAB) has failed to report a single thing about my complaints of losing a whoe year's rent, plus unpaid levies I am still paying for now (2018)! I have been hurt financially & my family cannot visit RSA until we can use rental income to transition while I find a job again. HUURKOR & another new "African" company (run by a woman CEO) are equally *********** in terms of accounting for rental income from three flats/woonstele (A firnd gave them simple spreadsheets, they will NOT fill & return). My wfe and my apartments were nice, brick-built apartments near the Union Buildings/Unie Gebou. The Maintenance Dept is another black hole in which R1000.00 -R2,000.00 go to repairing a BR tap that was leaking all night. HUURKOR's Karel Heydenryck and Wilma LOOTS have much to explain to their bosses, to SOOKDEOs, and to the New S. Africa. The former did shabby work on maintenance, and had me pay rather than the Levy Companies, had he attended to the issues in a clear communication, setting out my rights, as well as those of the Levy companies like PROADMIN. Most recently, after TRUDY MOSEKI (Ponelopele Properties did not pay any levies or even me, from rental gross income, for the 18 months she managed my three apartments, Wilma Loots, who had been with Andre Kelbrick and now with HUURKOR, did something that needs a lawsuit. What am I talking about? She took my rental income and found a way to deposit into the Mortage Accounts, which are CLOSED (I paid out for the three flats, fully, by 2004-06. Wilma Loots may have the deeds because she controlled my bank accounts when I left RSA in 2005. I am still a South African citizen. The COMPANY HUURKOR has not been able or willing to get Wilma LOOTS to apologize and send the money to two accounts we have spelled out in the Agreement/Mandaat/Contract/Mandate since June 2017.
