Huurkor and its bogus repair contractor

I am the owner of property in Daffodil gardens no 3301, I signed a memorandum of agreement with Huurkor commercial properties in Esselen st, Sunnyside for them to lease my flat in November 2011. In January 2015 they informed that there is a new tenant who would like to move in therefore she requested for the flat to be repaired the cost was R6 120.00. The tenant eventually moved into the flat at the end of January 2015. On the 31st September 2015 I gave Huukor two month notice expressing my intention to terminate the lease agreement.On the 1st of September 2015 Huurkor sent a letter to the tenant to inform her about the termination of the lease agreement eventually the tenants vacated the flat on the 31st October 2015.When I received the keys the flat was in a state of disrepair and I protested the condition it was in they promised to fix the damages and i have been waiting since october 2015, they sent a bogus contrator to fix the damages but i dont see the difference. To make matters worse the contractor they using is operating from the same building they are operation, which makes suspect they are colluding with the contractor to deflate or inflate repair prices to suit them.
