Signed lease agreement to take occupancy 01 January 2023, did an inspection of the unit 04 January 2023 with an intention for my daughter to take occupancy(Student) since I have not done the inspection and I indicated in the contract ) Made several follow-ups and today is 17 January 2023 my daughter is still unable to take occupancy. The Manager and his junior named Karel or whatever they call him, he is telling me my daughter must move in with exposed cables next to the kitchen sink and leaking geyser.I have taken photos of these things. Pathetic service, I would not advice anyone to use this company as they know nothing about customer service, their attitude is deplorable, they want to act as if they are doing you a favour. They said they will now talk to the owner of the unit as they are just agents but they cannot promise anything, so in other words my daughter must either move in under those conditions or wait until the owner decides to act.
