HUUKOR PTY /ADMIN SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND PEOPLE MUST BE AWARE OF THEIR ********* PRACTICE!!

This is by far the worst rental company in South Africa and should be taken to court for withholding tenants rental deposit!! This company does not contact you after you have vacated the premises and falsely charges reported damages from new tenants on your deposit. They do not want to pay back deposits, they will rather find faults/damages to charge you instead of paying you what is owed. They are inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional. Diana is the worst agent to talk to, she cannot calculate and has no reasoning. I was charged for the damages that were already there before occupying the place as well as problems that are continuous and they don't care about such as ****roaches . I basically did not get my deposit back. This company should not be listed in property industry as it violates the rights of tenants and does not have ethical practice.
