Huukor Properties East. Non-payment of my monthly rental.

Huurkor Porperties East administrates the rental of my property and has been doing this for about 4 years. During this time the payment of the rental to me has often been late and my tenant usually gets blamed "for late payment of the rent" over to Huurkor. My tenant has never defaulted on the monthly rental payments.This month is a classic example of the problem. On Friday 3 August 2018 I phoned the Huurkor Properties East offices to inquire about the non-payment, Tebone assured that my tenant has paid over the rent and that the payment to me would be done on Friday. However no payment was done. Tomorrow is already the 6th of the month. They don't seem to care that I am depended on this income.
