Huukor Hatfield very inefficient

What a horrible experience, rented a unit from them, honored my contractual agreement and paid rent on time until the units was sold and had to move out. Its been two months waiting for my deposit refund. First its was Douw that was suppose to work on my file and he told he had over 25 files before mine, completely ignoring what on the contract that they need to refund me with 21 days, by the way, that was after I followed up multiple time. Now there is a new person doing the refunds by the name of JC, never respond to emails or take phone calls. If you are going to rent through them, just know, they dont care when lease lapse. Just dont pay your last rent and ask them to take your deposit, its not legally but you will wait for your rent for months and they wont pay you interest on it.
