Horrible service! The worst !

I am really counting on your help please

I have an issue with the rental company Huurkor where I live. When I took the lease for this place I wasn’t told that there is an issue with the flat.

When it rains I always come back home to a wet flat, my bed is wet,blankets, toilet I can’t even pee without getting wet.

I have been in communication with their “manager” since I noticed the link in December and he told me that there’s not much he can do ? how can a manager of a rental company say that, he said they would deal it. Nothing has happened since then, I then sent another email following up and I was told they are dealing with the leak which they haven’t

As I write this, I am again in a wet house with a wet bed yet I pay so much money to these people and it’s always on time.

And for me to be told just that I will load another job card mam ?!!!!!!!
