Horrible Business Practices!

I would never recommend Huurkor to any person. I stayed at The Wall in Hatfield and TMM Lofts in Arcadia. Both times they tried to cheat me out of my deposit by attempting to charge me for damage that existed before I moved in.

At both places it would take months for Huurkor to respond to maintenance issues like water leaks, jamming gates, burned out light bulbs, etc. Both building had a ****roach problem which makes me believe that Huurkor is the one that is unable to manage buildings.

TMM Lofts was the worst of the two because of how shockingly rude and disrespectful the building management is to tenets. I was given the run around for 2 months by Lebo when trying to get back my deposit back. She kept telling me to call back the following week until she told me to stop calling her and that the money wasn't in her personal bank account so I should stop asking about my deposit. Unacceptable.
