I am writing to express our concerns regarding several operational challenges we are experiencing within the complex.

1. **Low Water Pressure**

It has become customary for us to experience low water pressure on weekends, often resulting in a complete lack of water. This situation is exacerbated by the absence of a pressure valve, compelling residents to conduct laundry during nighttime hours due to the inadequate water supply.

2. **Caretaker Availability**

We propose that a caretaker be stationed within the complex to oversee daily activities. Currently, our on-site caretaker, lacks adequate shelter during inclement weather conditions. Recently, due to rain, he requested to seek refuge in my residence. We kindly ask that you address this issue.

3. **Noise Disturbances**

There is a group of individuals who congregate at the corner of our property, playing loud music late into the night and hosting parties. They have also been observed urinating in our yard. The presence of a full-time caretaker would help manage and mitigate these disturbances.

4. **Pedestrian Gate Security**

We would like to request the installation of a pedestrian gate equipped with access card control or biometric entry. Currently, individuals can freely enter the premises, which poses safety concerns for children waiting for school transport. A secure entry point would enhance safety for our children, residents, and vehicles.

5. **Children's Play Area**

Children are currently playing in the corridors, which is causing damage to residents' vehicles, including scratches and broken lights. We urge you to create a designated play area for children to prevent further incidents.

6. **Grass Maintenance**

We kindly request that the maintenance team apply compost and ensure proper care for the grass. The grass must be watered at least twice a week to maintain its health.

7. **Parking Line Markings**

Lastly, we request the repainting of parking lines, as they have become completely faded and are difficult to see.
