false claims to hold back unit deposit

Hi<br> I am so disappointed in the service given. I rented a unit in La Werna in Sinoville Pretoria for a year. I paid my rent faithfully each month on the 28th. When the contract ended I fulfilled all their requirements they needed to have my deposit returned and an inspection was called for on a specific day, if I was not present I would have to forfeit 150 Rand. I was present! When I received my deposit on the 7 th October an amount of R 2880 was deducted from the deposit which in the contract was to be paid within 21 days. I received after 37 days.I received a message saying if I did not answer they would send a maintenance man to fix. I had to personally go to Pretoria from Brits to dispute the deduction which proved that previous tenant had damages done. When this was resolved we received an amount R 1500 less because the sewer was blocked.<br> The deposit for keys, deposit for gate remote was all left out<br> The deposit I paid in, was the whole year in a rust account receiving interest which they refuse to give me<br> All I ask please if you can help me
