False Accusations and horrible treatment

I received a letter from Huurkor on 15 April 2016 regarding a noise complain against me at 35 Kosmos Villas.I rep**** and mentioned that i do not agree since i know i do not make noise . The letter did not include any details so i asked for the details all they told me was that i was making noise on the 21st of March at 00:50 for my Neighbours. I mentioned that i was sleeping that time and asked why no Security was called I was told that they received a complaint and they had to act. I tried to get assistance with resolving the issue by sending a Whatsapp to the Estate Manager Dawie but he did not Respond or say anything to me. I posted the issue on the whatsapp group nobody could assist. 18 April 2016 at 09:16 i received an evistion letter from Huurkor and it did not specify a reason i then asked for details they I was told that i was making noise during weekend. I played no radio, I have never had a party since i moved in or held any social gathering. I asked why no security was called they are not responding.I tried to call the agent Rebecca and she is not interested in helping me resolve an issue.I am being falsely accused and no one is helping
