Extremely bad service

<p>Today 05/02/2017 I'm in Pretoria to assist my daughter to move in but the room is still not ready. I called 5 times on Friday 03/02/2017 trying to find out if the room was ready I eventually got an answer that the room was ready and we were told to come on Saturday. Today it's Sunday the 05/02/2017 and the room is far from being ready.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm actually angry I don't think I need this accommodation for my daughter anymore this company is not reliable and I'm even worried about the safety of my daughter if they failing to sort out a small issue like this how can I trust them with anything. They are useless I want my money back that is all I need. </p>
