Extremely bad service

<p>Today is the 5th February 2017, I'm in Pretoria trying to assist my daughter to move in but the room is not ready there is no bed and the room is dirty, I don't think I need my daughter to experience another heartache all I need is my money back so I can I can find another accommodation. I've had it with this huurkor accommodation all they care about is money.</p>
