expensive admin fees and rent for ZERO proper sservices

this property company is nonsense,expensive admin fees and ridiculous rent to an apartment that is almost falling apart.only the outside of the building looks good.you complain and they take their own time to resolve your concerns from as little as assigning you your parking bay..i have waited almost a week just to get my parking , imagine the fear and insecurity of parking at any available parking slot in the building i am paying for the parking while someone is using the parked number to be mine(e.g room 1 parks at bay 1) the so called agent will tell you " i am dealing with a lot of people"
