Disgusting service

I paid huurkor last week in order for me to move into my unit I have paid all the costs including the remote and key costs to date I have not received my remote on Monday I was at their offices in pretoria for hours and non of their staff was able to help me today I am to drive to their offices from centurion to collect a remote I was not able to be given on Monday

Huurkors stuff needs training they very unprofessional and I doubt they know what they are doing I need someone in a senior position to call me because clearly your staff knows nothing about customer service Pi
