Dirty and smelling flat

I have moved to Madeira isle security village on the 1st April 2015. My flat number is 320 Block H. When I moved in yesterday the flat was dirty not in good condition. The wall was dirty, windows, bathroom tub, toilet pit (even smelling), tiles were dirty all the rooms and there was dust all over the flat. There was even a bad smell from the toilet pit. I went to Huurkor offices in Sunnyside to complain and they said they will send people to clean the flat yesterday and no one came to assist. In the bathroom and kitchen there are no water stoppers and the bathroom mirror is even broken. <br> I am really disappointed by the way things are going on. I hope the matter will receive attention as I do not expect such a bad service in a new flat. When I move out they will expect me to clean the flat while I found it in bad condition.<br> Really Huurkor only cares about our money not service delivery.
