Deposit refund, these guys are ****** and the staff is arrogant and lack customer etiquette.

I sent Huurkor a notice that I will be moving out of the property I was leasing from them. They sent in their inspector about two weeks before I moved out of the place to come check for damages. When I moved out the place, I cleaned the place and they told me that I have to leave the keys with the new tenant which I did.

Then it was the wait for my deposit. To my surprise the deposit had some surprising deductions. They then told me that they had to paint the bathroom door and remove a hook from the bathroom door and billed me for it. I mean I found that hook there and the bathroom door was scratched when I moved in and I even have photos of it. Then now they ask me for proof that the hook was there when I moved in which I didn't take a photo for. I asked them to send or show me proof that the hook was not there and they failed to show me the proof.

They also claim that they cleaned the place after I moved out of the place. I mean these guys even sent me picture that they were cleaning the place which is a lie because I called the lady who moved in at the property who confirmed that no one from Huurkor came to clean the place and that they place was clean when I personally gave the keys to her in her hands.

Whats shocking is that when I moved in at the place I found the place dirty which I have photos for and I had to clean the place.

The worse part is the arrogance and lack of good service from their staff, the lady called DIANA and her male colleague who shares the office with her at Sunnyside are so arrogant and lack customer etiquette.

I want my money back...
