Deposit Refund

<p>The complex I was staying at was bought by Huurkor sometime last year and with them came a lot of changes that sent most of their tenants packing.Fastforward towards the end of my contract a letter was sent to me which had a date earlier that when it was delivered asking me to either terminate or renew my contract,I then notified them I wanted to terminate it and looked for a better place.My problem is now they taking ages to pay back my deposit 1 person sends me to another who also takes forever responding to emails,they asked for my banking details but they never paid the money.If it's us owing them they quick to make threats about eviction or submitting things to debt collectors but they fail to pay us our deposit money on time,o moved out January monthend and I haven't smelt a penny of my deposit money from them.Very disappointing and unreliable of them and I'm really in need of my money as I have other things to pay with it.</p>
