Deposit Refund

I have moved out of the rented property in Saligna park at the end of December 2015.<br> When i was living there i have repair a lot of things in the house at my own expenses because Huurkor have only promised to repair it and nothing have happened.<br> Now they refuse to pay back my deposit for a reason that there is 4 x small PIN nails in the kitchen wall and one light cover in bath room missing and they have quoted me R5200.00 for that repairs which is ridiculous.<br> It has been 2 months now that Huurkor have an arrogant attitude and if you make an appointment with them (Danie) they cancel the appointment. <br> In the 2 years that i was renting there the rent went up 3 times and the deposit.<br> I think after reading so many complains about Huurkor and their behaviour especially towards Deposit refunds that they use there landlords money and when they have to pay back the deposit they do not have it any more. I surely thinks that all these issues from Huukor should be investigated by Carteblanche
