Deposit not being paid out after moving out.

I rented a townhouse with them for seven years and moved out on the 22 May after serving the notice, and inspections were done. I have not reveived statement of costs due by me and proof of those repairs. They can not even sent me copies of the inspection report done when I started renting or my Lease Agreement. I asked them for my deposit and they are telling me that deposits will only be paid during Covid 19 Level1 as per instructions from their “Direction” and this will not include any interest.
