Deposit not being paid

When we moved in to the unit, it had been newly refurbished with items NOT being replaced. There is NO INITIAL inspection which was handed over to me on contract signing, and the exit inspection has now reported all items NOT replaced by refurbishment crew. <br> <br> This refurbish crew had only worked until we occupied the flat, and once other items were reported, no return was made, nor were there any advancements in the unit. Our bedroom carpet was washed and re-fitted, which did not reach all corners due to it being deformed and stretched. Window pane which was never replaced, butterfly catch on the one window which was not replaced, window was deemed unsafe due to bottom hinge outside frame broken (safety hazard due to being on 6th floor). cupboard door handles were never replaced and no internal door keys were handed over. <br> <br> The second bedroom door was replaced with a second hand solid door which never had any handles fitted, nor any lock. The bathroom washing rail was removed and never replaced, which has left 4 holes in the tiles, to which this rail was fitted. The bath and basin enamel peeled off within the first month of occupancy. Drop in the bucket. Being held accountable???!!!
