Deposit

Moved out of 15 Kosmos villas at the end of November 2014. To date i have not recieved my deposit. I It has been 6 weeks since the first submission of my banking details. I called every 2 to 3 days to enquire if payment has been made and have been informed that it was payed out and I must take this up with my bank. My bank advised me to get proof of payment of which they could not provide me with. They later said that they need alternative banking details as the ones i supp**** where invalid. I checked with my bank and they confirmed that the banking details where valid. I then supp**** valid banking details and have been following up since then but Wendy told me not to call every five minutes i will get my money. I will never use Huurkor again because of wendy. and will advise everyone not to use this agency because of the lack of professionalism.
