I am so fed up with how huurkor property agency is doing business. they are ******, rude and arrogant. they treat people black people in particular so bad, everyone I knoe that used their services has complained and got ****** by them somehow. they owed me deposit money for a property i rented with them, for the past two and half months. a lady by the name of diana working at the Sunnyside branch, gave me a serious hustle and run around when she was supposed to pay me back my refund. everything was in order according to her and i was going to get my full refund, then she pays me half of my refund saying admin fees and **** **** ****. i am very disappointed by how they do business and they are so unprofessional. i hope the rest of my money makes them rich. and the whole south Africa and the world should know how bad are they treating people so bad. i will be reporting them to the OMBUDS man. THEY DO NOT EVEN RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS MADE ABOUT THEM ANYWHERE, HOW PROFESSIONAL.
