DAMAGED TILES NOT REPAIRED FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS

I have leased a flat to someone. Huurkor is the body corporate whom we pay the levies to. In 2020, contractors were working because there was a problem with water pipes. They went into my flat, removed some wall tiles in the bathroom, left without fixing or replacing the wall tiles. It's been almost two years since I've been calling and writing emails to Huurkor but this falls into deaf ears. To date, the problem has not been sorted. I'm actually way ahead with my levies.
