not sure how they are able to get away with it but never go with huurkor they give contracts that can be broken any time by them and always ***** deposits they try and get people out as fast as they can so that they can get new deposits and keep yours as well , they use ********* for agents and when they come to show new clients the property the next day your house will be broken into and all furniture ******. also forcing you to pay a hole new deposit for new property.
