Crime in Huurkor property

<p>I bought a flat in one of the Huurkor properties in Pretoria North..I pay levies every month. But i have been experiencing crime since i moved in. When i request a security footage the care taker always tells me she is busy and its useless. My clothes have been ****** and recently my bike too got ******. I pay for security every month..for what? Please help</p>
